近日有一名老外喝得爛醉，走進一家刺青店後額頭被刺「臺灣」2字，被網友們砲轟「超沒道德」，但也有人爆料，直指是老外「自己要求」，事件成為羅生門。就在今（22）日稍早前，幫老外刺「臺灣」的刺青師和這名老外均對此事回應，刺青師說當時這名老外對答如流，「是清醒的」；老外則說，「我是喝醉才會刺這裡的」、「老婆現在很生氣」、「我現在不知該怎麼辦」。
《蘋果日報》報導，幫老外在前額刺上斗大「臺灣」2字的刺青師表示，大約前天凌晨0時30分左右，這名自稱很愛台灣的老外走進店裡，說想在額頭上刺上「臺灣」，表達他對這片土地的喜愛；由於刺青師聞到老外滿身酒氣，不斷追問他確定要在臉上刺青嗎？但老外卻十分清醒、對答如流，跟刺青師說「就是要刺臉上」，於是便花了1小時左右，將「臺灣」2字刺在這名老外額頭上、圖案刺在下巴上。
刺青師接著說，當他完成後向老外展示成果時，老外看了非常滿意，不但要求拍照，還和他互加LINE好友，將刺青照傳給他時，「他還回我比讚貼圖」。沒想到昨天有網友在「爆料公社」貼文，讓事件輿論發酵，甚至有人大罵「超沒道德」，讓他對此事相當無奈，「他刺青前很清醒，堅持要刺額頭的」。
額頭上被刺上「臺灣」的老外則說，來台已長達13年，十分喜歡台灣，甚至右臂早就刺有台灣圖騰；接著他話鋒一轉，不斷強調是喝醉才刺額頭的，「我沒有喝醉的話，會刺身體其他地方。」他甚至還說老婆現在對此事非常生氣，並指著額頭說「我現在不知該怎麼辦。」
